HeartCert -Fairmont MN is a proud provider of American Heart Association CPR and ECC Courses as well as American Red Cross CPR and CNA training. We are a fully licensed and certified safety company servicing all of MN. All of our CPR/AED, First Aid, and BLS courses are taught to American Heart Association or Red Cross standards by experienced professionals who make each course exciting, fun, and convenient all for the lowest prices available! We now also offer AED sales and compliance in addition to our CPR classes so we can be your one stop safety shop.
Our History and Team
HeartCert was established in 2010 by Tim Smith, a full-time Twin Cities Fire Captain/EMT and his wife Christina, a Registered Nurse and former Paramedic. Tim and Christina have a true love for helping others and are passionate about education and enhancing the community, so starting a CPR Training Company was a perfect fit. Tim started out doing 1 on 1 CPR and First Aid certification classes in his living room before expanding into multiple locations throughout the state and adding 20 very skilled, highly trained, healthcare professionals who share in his love for bettering their community and fun teaching style. HeartCert continues to grow as a local, family owned business and generously donates to a variety of charitable campaigns and organizations. We love to teach, and we love to give back to others, so we love what we are doing here at HeartCert. Our mission is to support that of the American Heart Association which strives to build healthier lives, free of cardiovascular diseases and stroke. To better achieve this mission we have expanded outside of the Twin Cities Metro area and now offer courses in multiple regions (including Duluth!) and states. We do this by providing affordable, quality training to everyone in the region to improve the quality of care and chance for survival in case of emergency.
